Songs That Minister To My Soul.

Below is a list of videos with songs that minister to me when needed, when I am feeling low, or need some form of encouragement. I decided, I must share this list with you and prayerfully you can enjoy the songs as well. Sometimes, a song is all we need to bring up our spirit.

I am uncertain if you attend church on a regular basis, but even if you don’t, these songs are just what you need to help you plow through your day. Maybe you just want to have a special moment of worship, you will simply love these songs.

I look to God, there is no other that can do what He has done or can do. Look towards God the author and Finisher of our faith.
When I hear this song, I cannot do anything but worship God. It ministers to my soul. All I can do is say yes, wherever He leads me, I will go. My heart is immediately filled with wanting to surrender to God. Is my desire to be guided and directed by my Father. To God’s will, I say yes. I open my heart to Jesus, I surrender all, and allow God to have His way. The tears that flow are never ending. What a beautiful love song to God. With a heart filled with praise, and anot abundance of gratification, my heart says “YES” I surrender all.

Galatians 2:20 I have been crucified with Christ and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

The beauty of this song, along with the sincerity from Callie Day’s heart, allowed me realize how important it was for God to hear my prayer. Although it was a rehearsal where others haphazardly stood around, the wholeness, the pureness, the magnitude of the words “To hear you say well done” Callie didn’t even break her concentration when someone says something and others begin to laugh. Callie continues to sing from the depths of her heart.

Psalms 143:1-6
Hear my prayer, O Lord, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, and in thy righteousness.
And enter not into judgment with thy servant: for in thy sight shall no man living be justified.
For the enemy hath persecuted my soul; he hath smitten my life down to the ground; he hath made me to dwell in darkness, as those that have been long dead.
Therefore is my spirit overwhelmed within me; my heart within me is desolate.
I remember the days of old; I meditate on all thy works; I muse on the work of thy hands.
I stretch forth my hands unto thee: my soul thirsteth after thee, as a thirsty land. Selah.

My God! This song is unbelievable, we have a sister who sings this song in our church. When I tell you the spirit of God comes in and rest upon her, the tears begin to flow and I want to cry like a baby, the joy is overwhelming. I cry out to the Lord for His glory, His goodness. I truly cannot praise God enough. I will sing to God all the glory, I will give to you all the glory! Tell the Lord that you are grateful. Hallelujah!!!
Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good;
his love endures forever
.1 Chronicles 16:34
If we would only trust God, and believe His word. He is not a man that He should lie. Nor the son of man, that He should repent.
Psalm 9:10
And those who know your name put their trust in you, for you, O Lord, have not forsaken those who seek you.
Say the name of Jesus! So precious that it will wipe away your tears, when you can’t find the words to say. No other name I know, that wonderful Name of Jesus. There is healing and deliverance in the name of Jesus. A friend like no other. Just say “Jesus “. He going to make a way when you say Jesus. When you can’t make it through another day, just say the name.
We all need a change in our lives in order for God to a great work in us. We must be willing to give our lives to Christ for the good of the lost. Change me O Lord, He changed my life and now I’m free.

  1. God is an amazing miracle worker. He is awesome in all that He does. His love for us is from everlasting to everlasting. He is so good. He is better for us than we are for ourselves. He knows all about us. He is our provider. I am so glad we have the right to call Him Father. May God bless everyone.

      1. I am a minister, I have been in ministry since 2015. I teach Bible Study. I have been teaching since my children were small. I always teach about Jesus and all of the wonderful things He has done in my life, and how He has brought me through many things that I could not have made it through without Him. This is why I created this blog so I can share the Word of God with the whole world. It is my mission in life to share God’s Word and to tell everyone about Him. Without Him there would be no us to tell of all of His marvelous works. When I think about what He did for us, my soul leaps for joy unto God. He is my all in all; my everything, my life. I pray that you keep on doing great things for God through your writings. I pray that God will continue to bless you and all that you strive for in your life. All praises be to our God and our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who was and is and is to come Amen!

      2. Thank you for sharing, the world is in great trouble, the word of God is fulfilling itself. When I listen to the news, or ponder why some people do what they do, or how some whine about the state they are in, at the present moment. I cannot help but think of the scripture:( 2 Chronicles 7:14 ) If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and will heal their land. It gives me great concern…

      3. With all of the things that are going on in the world today, I am surprised that Jesus has not already came back. I know it must hurt the Fathers heart to see the world the way it is today. That was the reason for the flood in the time of Noah because it was so much sin going on. Whenever I look at the news and I see the destruction of floods and storms that destroy everything, I say to myself that sin is wreaking havoc and God is washing it away by any means necessary. I know it is a sad thing when things like that happen, but God has to get our attention some how. We as believers should know that when God works in that way it is for a reason. He is telling us that He is the Almighty and He does as He pleases and there is nothing we can do , or say about it. We need to be still and know that He is God! This world has been in sin since Adam and Eve disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden. He gives us free will. It is our choice as to whether we will do right or wrong. We are either going to do right and choose life, or we will do wrong and choose death. We all need to choose who we are going to serve, but as for me and my house we will serve the Lord.
